It’s essential to review effective factors on continuation and immortality of an architectural work and various definitions presented for an immortal work, because today less attempt is made to develop a new artistic and original heritage than the past. So we observe developing artistic works which have no place not only among architects› community, but also among the public and these works have nothing to present to the future. This research draws a passing line of Hossein Lorzade›s situations, the old wise and unique master of contemporary classic architecture art of Iran, based on sociology of art and affected by Max Scheller›s Knowledge Theory (idea and real factors theory). The main subject in sociology of art is considering the mutual effects of society and social structure on artistic works. According to this view point, developing various artistic and architectural styles is not the result of internal evolution and revolution of art, but it is the result of changing situations and social structure of the society which endows its elements to the artist. This research tries to review works of Master Hossein Lorzade in an analytic and descriptive manner and with a library method, so just two works of Ferdowsi monument and the cupola of Marmar palace in Tehran are mentioned for ease. Based on this matter, in the present research the role of Master Lorzade as a classic architect who reserves and continues the classic rules of architecture is shown based on the Scheller›s Knowledge Theory. Regarding this explanation and referring to the two works mentioned in this analysis, it can be concluded that social situation has always made the ground ready for development and realization of Master Hossein Lorzade›s works.
